CHÂTEAU DE CHAMBORD, FRANCE

Registered on the first  list of historical monumentsin  France  since 1840, the  Château de Chambord is one of the
most  remarkable  constructions of  the  Renaissance. If the  soul of  Leonardo da  Vinci  hangs  over  the castle, the
identity of its architect remains unknown,

No plans, no contemporary texts mention the name of the person who imagined and then designed this exceptional
building. Almost  all  of  the  archives  relating to  the  site having  beendispersed or destroyed at the end of the 18th
Century.
