Photographe pour l'architecture et le design, Fabrice Fouillet accompagne architectes, agences de communication et institutions dans la mise en images de leurs projets, en France et à l’international. Son travail a notamment été publié dans Domus, The Architectural Review, Huffington Post,  Wallpaper, T Magazine, Vogue...

Après  une   formation   universitaire  en  Sociologie et Ethnologie, il étudie la  photographie à L'École des Gobelins à Paris.
En 2013, sa  série sur les églises modernes « Corpus Christi » remporte  les Sony Awards dans la catégorie “Architecture” lui valant ses premières  collaborations avec  le New York Times. La même année, c’est dans le cadre d’une commande qu’il rencontre l’architecte Espagnol Rafael Moneo. Rencontre déterminante qui changera  sa vision  de l’architecture et donnera une nouvelle orientation à son travail.

Parallèlement à son travail de commande, ses recherches personnelles abordent l’architecture dans sa dimension symbolique. Après Corpus Christi, il réalise Colosses, une série consacrée aux grandes statues monumentales et à leur relation au paysage. Ces travaux ont été exposés dans plusieurs festivals et institutions en France et à l’étranger.
