INFORMATION
ENSANA NOVE LAZNE HOTEL, MARIENBAD, CSZECH REPUBLIC
The Roman Baths of the Ensana Nove Lazne Hotel in Marienbad (Mariánské Lázně), Czech Republic, are among
the most prestigious spa facilities in Central Europe. Built at the end of the 19th century, they follow the tradition
of grand neoclassical bathhouses, with architecture inspired by ancient Rome: marble columns, graceful vaults,
and symmetrical pools.
Once frequented by European nobility, including King Edward VII, these baths were renowned for their healing
properties, thanks to the local mineral springs. Still in operation today, they offer balneotherapy treatments in a
truly historic setting.
